Visit to St Joseph's Primary School

On Monday 4 February members of St John Fisher Faith In Action Team joined members from the Knit & Natter group for a visit to St Joseph’s Primary at Batley Carr.

Our students met with St Joseph’s Faith In Action Team to share Dementia Awareness and introduce the art of knitting.  St Joseph’s Faith In Action Team were inspired with our sensory twiddle blankets and are now working to create their own for local residents living with Dementia.

St John Fisher blankets are going to local residents, a residential care home in Leeds and Fr Jonathan has requested a couple to take to Peru next week. Watch this space!!!!
