Parents' Evenings
Parents’ Evenings are an important opportunity for you to discuss your child’s progress with their subject teachers. Parents’ Evening appointments are booked online via SchoolCloud. By using SchoolCloud we hope to improve flexibility and help you to book appointments with the teachers that you want to see at times to suit you.
You will be sent a letter ahead of the Parents’ Evening confirming timings for the evening and when appointments will be available to book.

Booking Appointments
Parents’ Evening appointments will open for booking at 6:30pm approximately two school weeks before Parents’ Evening and will close at 12:00pm the day before Parents’ Evening. Appointments are available to book on a first come, first served basis.
Please visit stjohnfishercva.schoolcloud.co.uk to log in. To access SchoolCloud, please enter your details, including your Parent Login Code, your child’s date of birth and your email address. If you have lost your Parent Login Code, please email parents@stjohnfisher.org.uk.
Please note: The details you enter must match what we have on our system otherwise you will not be able to login. Please ensure your email address is correct as booking confirmations will be sent to this address.
