Governance

The Trust Intervention Board and The Local Academy Council are responsible for:

• Ensuring clarity of Catholic vision, ethos and strategic direction
• Holding the appropriate senior leadership within the Academy to account for the educational performance and Catholic character of the Academy and its pupils; and for the internal organisation, management and control of the Academy, including performance management of staff;
• Overseeing the financial performance of the Academy and making sure its money is well spent; and
• Ensuring the voices of stakeholders are heard.
