R;pple - Suicide Prevention Tool

The R;pple tool is something that can be installed onto a computer’s browser to intercept potentially harmful searches relating to suicide. It came about as a suicide prevention tool, after the founder of R;pple lost her brother to suicide and later found out that he had been searching online for ways to take his own life. The tool works by intercepting a search with a message of hope, a breathing exercise and then national and local signposting options.
